My favourite radio day of the year - the year-end countdown show!

I remember listening to 1050 CHUM when I lived in Toronto. The 1969 countdown was my first. As I recall "Aquarius/Let The Sunshine In" by the Fifth Dimension was #1. I sat there with my crappy cassette player, recording the songs I liked. After that, I spent almost every New Year's Eve listening to the radio, writing down the songs and keeping track.

Some people never grow up. Now I am the host of the countdown. The 50 best songs of the year, played in a row, with artist interviews. What could be more fun??
